Advocating for Success in Children with Special Needs

Deborah Fawaz is an advocate for student success and a compassionate support system for parents.  She works with parents and the school to discover what strategies and educational environments are appropriate for their child’s needs.  Deborah received her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Illinois State University and later earned a Master’s Degree in Learning Disabilities and Behavior Disorders from Northern Illinois University.  She has held teaching, diagnostic, and leadership positions in public school systems for 34 years.
