Gardening has become an integral part of the learning and bonding experience, leading her to assist other families in starting their own food gardens. She has a master’s degree in education with a reading specialty, and she is a certified Gardenary Kitchen Garden Designer & Coach. Currently, she is obtaining her horticultural certification through UCLA extension and has completed a certificate as a Life Lab Certified Garden Educator.
